Are there any small aquarium heaters like the "Hydor Mini 7.5 Watt Aquarium Heater" that have temp regulation?

I have a one gallon hospital tank and I need to add a heater to it. I can only seem to find heaters of 25 watts and larger with temperature regulation, and I think 25 watts is too large for the one gallon.

I just lost a fish that struggled for a week and finally beat a case of Flex, only to have me cook him last night because I used a small lamp to heat the water.

I use the smaller tank for the hospital tank so it lowers the fishes stress level, and cuts down on the amount of medication needed. I really need to find a heater with temperature control that can fit into the one gallon.
Great idea about the timer on the non-regulated heater. I think that's exactly what I'll do. I wish I had thought of using the larger heater in a bath and putting the small tank in it. I could have used a wash basin. If I had thought of that my little friend would be with me today.

I don't think there are any. I've used one of those mini heaters, and I put it on a timer. I set the timer to be on for 15 minutes and off for 10. This gave me a constant temperature without cooking or freezing the fish.

The best way to do it is to sink your hospital tank inside a larger tank of heated water that does have a thermostat control. Fill the larger tank with water so it comes up to about an inch below the top of your hospital tank.
