Will leaving left over food in my tank hurt the fish?

I always drop some pellets to the bottom of my tank for the Cory's. My filter doesn't get up all the left over pellets and sometimes the Cory's don't get to it either.

Will it hurt the other fish in the tank if it stays there, most of the time under the rocks?

Yes, the food contaminates the water.

Only feed them the amount that they will eat.
