CAN A FISH KOI LIVE IN A PAINTED POND OR TANK?
i am planning to buy koi fishes, but my pond where i planned to put the fishes are paitned with white paint. will it be ok for the fishes? can they tolerate it?
Generally it will be OK.
Most common modern paints dry into a non-toxic form, like plastic. As long as the paint is in good condition, not flaking or breaking up then it should be safe.
