what kind of foods can i put in a munchkin fresh food feeder for my 6 month old?

my little guy is so curious to what i am eating. i am also curious to what i can give him. he is eating baby food now.
i bought a food feeder for him, but i have only put fresh frozen fruit in there for him. what else can i put in it to give him. would anything that can fit be alright? If its healthy, too, of course.

My daughter really loved watermelon in those things. It was a huge mess but she enjoyed it. I think that was the only thing I ever really used in them.
