Floating fish!!!?

My black moor is swimming super slow and after he stops swimming he floats up to the top and eventually goes belly up then after a few seconds he swims down to the bottom and floats up again! Just today my calico fish died and i dont know how. Then a few days before my sucker fish(dont know the right name;cleans the tank) died. AND, a few days before that my snail died. I don't know what im doing wrong!! I got my fish from Mejiers, if that helps. I feel like a fish murderer!!!
Also, the black moor only been doing this when my calico died. So when I got my fish he was just fine but now he floats. I don't have much time because he's getting slower and slower and when I wake up in the morning he will prolbey be dead.
I have two cats and one of them keeps sticking her paw in. A friend told me that the bacteria of the cat infected my fish. Could that be the problem?

Your fish has a swim bladder infection, probably a bacteria in the water. Make sure you are changeing and treating the water properly for these species of fish.
Try to find an exotic animal vet in your area who can give you advice, and possibly prescribe antibiotics if necessary.
