can anyone help or suggest anything!
i clean and do water changes weekly

Its quite common for new marine tanks to get algae. Its part of the tank settling in. Your tank has probably just finished cycling, so there was most likely some nitrates and phosphates in the water to feed the algae growth. It may read low or 0 now, because the algae consumed it.
Is it slime algae? Quite likely. Try to siphon off as much as you can, and do a water change-use distilled or RO/DI water. Cut back on the fish food, and maybe cut back on the amount of light.
This will pass in time..
