Can a CFL light bulb be a electronic bulb, or is it a electrical bulb, and why?

CFL stands for Compact Fluorescent Lamp, and some people feel that as it has a circuit, it is a electronic device

Electrical energy in the form of an electrical current from the ballast flows through the gas, causing it to emit ultraviolet light. The ultraviolet light then excites a white phosphor coating on the inside of the tube. This coating emits visible light. CFLs that flicker when they start have magnetic ballasts; CFLs with electronic ballasts are now much more common.

Does it matters what its is called? Electronic or electrical, it does not make much differences cos it is only a lamp.

Maybe you should call it a Fluorescent Lamp.
