Filtration and oxygenation of Nano Coral tank?

-11 Gal salt water tank
-A bunch of Nassarius snails
-a mushroom and a zoanthid colony,
-as well as about 10 lbs of live sand and a couple live rocks.

I had a power filter, mostly for oxygenation purposes, that recently broke. Right now I have one of the pumps (2) in my tank pointed to the surface for oxygenation, but I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations.

I know I don't need a lot of filtration w/ the sand and rock and snails, but should I get another power filter or is there another option (for such a small tank) for oxygenation and a small amount of filtration? Thanks!

Watch how much sand you are placing in the tank. Only 2" no more in depth for your tank. Too much sand creates gas pockets.

You really need to replace the filter. In a small tank like this you don't need a skimmer so don't worry. You cannot just use liverocks and sand as the filter unit here. In your tank just a regular filter will do both oxygenate and filter.
