Can you explain to me when an Air Pump uses to transfer air (bubbles) to a separated aquarium happen the following:

Instead to pick up long volumes of air it pull and push only air at a very slow pace, NOT at fast speed but at very very SLOW speed ONLY.

Explain to me what (inside the air pump) make that effect.

Note:
The air pump is totally separated from the aquarium as a distance of 6 feet.

I'm not sure what you're asking. A typical aquarium air pump is designed as a low pressure, low volume pump. The compressor part has a small volume and small 'stroke'. It can't pump either large volumes or high pressures.
