Help with setting up JEBO R331 fish tank?

I know nothing about fish or tanks. Can someone tell me what are the ceramic rings for and where do they go? Also, the filter sits at the bottom of the tank and then runs up through the hood, right? Does this mean the actual power cable can sit in the water? Confused. Please help.

Your pump will sit at the bottom of the tank. It will push water up into the hood. This is where you put all of your filter media(sponges, ceramic rings, etc.). It will trickle down it your aquarium.

is power compact light enough for soft corals and anemones?

i have a jebo 130watt 10,000k with white and atinic in a 20 gallon tank. would that be enough for poylps, mushrooms, candycane, leathers, anemones, etc????

Its enough for SPS.
